Below is a list of the employment opportunities that we have available:

Card Services Specialist

  • Responsible for processing new debit and credit card orders
  • Processing debit and credit card transactions and disputes
  • Provide backup support to other electronic services personnel
  • Requires general knowledge of debit and credit cards
  • Provide debit and credit security and activity reports for the bank
  • Assists customers with debit and credit disputes, respond to inquiries, handle and resolve customer’s questions and requests
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have strong professional customer service and phone skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Loan Clerk

  • Reconciles ledgers and daily work
  • Responsible for updating insurance information
  • Processing mortgage releases
  • Check loan payments to ensure they were properly applied and make corrections as needed
  • Help answer phone calls and answer general questions
  • Check loan files for proper paperwork
  • Responsible for inputting collateral information in system
  • Sends out home equity statements
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have strong professional customer service and phone skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers

  • Process account transactions for customers
  • Completing loan payments
  • Answering phones as needed
  • Answering general questions about accounts
  • Processing mail
  • Sending out monthly statements
  • General computer knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills needed in person and on phone
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
