"Easy Over" Switch Kit. This kit includes everything you need to open your new
account. It also includes everything you need to switch your banking relationship from
your old bank to us. You can also start the process by going to our "New Account
Application" page, printing it out, completing it and mail it to P.O. Box 159, Santa
